We are building a local team of environmental and health promoters in Carrizalillo, Guerrero, Mexico.
Local promoters are learning how to implement community environmental and social monitoring of mining. They learn how to take measurements of environmental parameters, take samples and analyze data. They will be the eyes and ears of their community and will monitor the behavior of the mining company day by day.

After two hours walk we reach a sampling point.
